Aladdin Gyrocery, and obvious play on words, is one of the popular gyro places on the Ave near in the University District. We had gotten a tip from folks who went to the University of Washington about this place.
For all Gyro places, Robert uses [http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3720011697 The Greek House] as the basis of comparison.
Getting here is surprisingly easy from Downtown Bellevue. Just hop on [http://transit.metrokc.gov/tops/bus/schedules/s271_0_.html Metro Route 271] to the U. district, and you're there.
How about the gyros? Well, they were okay. There was some other spice undertone that I had not seen before, but for the price, quite acceptable.
The Baklava was so-so. Seems like they had been sitting there for a while, or that they had ground the ingredients too much.
Prices are all at dollar amounts (or at least for the things we ordered), so no need to deal with pesky coins.

How about the gyros? Well, they were okay. There was some other spice undertone that I had not seen before, but for the price, quite acceptable.

The Baklava was so-so. Seems like they had been sitting there for a while, or that they had ground the ingredients too much.
